Karel Appel Entertainment is using a standard music request form because our dj's need to make your music function, birthday party, private party or corporate function is very successful without any fear. Our dj's plan the music playlist in time before your function and will make sure that all the music you required is in the music playlist on the day of the event. You might use the following form to fill in your music requests for the event.
